How to Integrate Furgonetka with Kiero OMS and Automate Order Shipping
Fast and error-free shipping is one of the most critical parts of building a positive shopping experience for your customers. Furgonetka is a popular logistics service in Poland that allows you to send packages via many different courier services (DPD, DHL, InPost, UPS, FedEx, and others) using a single prepaid account.
To make your daily operations easier, we have fully integrated the Furgonetka platform with the Kiero OMS system. Thanks to the new integration based on the secure OAuth2 protocol and advanced automatic error correction algorithms, you can now generate shipping labels directly from the OMS panel – without manual data re-entry and with zero risk of typos.
Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to set up the integration and get the maximum benefits for your business.
Benefits of Integrating Kiero OMS with Furgonetka
- Multiple Couriers in One Place: Ship packages using any carrier supported by Furgonetka without leaving the Kiero OMS panel.
- Secure OAuth2 Authorization: Kiero OMS automatically refreshes access tokens in the background. You don’t need to worry about expiring sessions or entering passwords manually.
- Intelligent Address Formatting: The system automatically structures sender and recipient addresses, ensuring that building and apartment numbers are mapped correctly into the Furgonetka API fields.
- Automatic Validation Error Recovery (Auto-Retry): If Furgonetka rejects an order due to unsupported characters in the buyer reference number field, Kiero OMS automatically retries the API request without that parameter to prevent shipping blocks.
Step-by-Step Guide: Connecting and Configuring Furgonetka
The integration process is simple and takes only a few minutes.
Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings
Log in to your Kiero OMS panel, go to the Integrations tab, and select Furgonetka from the list of available shipping providers.
Step 2: Connect Your Account via OAuth2
Click the "Connect to Furgonetka" button. You will be redirected to the official Furgonetka login page. Log in to your account and authorize the Kiero OMS application. Once authorized, the system will automatically redirect you back to the OMS panel, and the connection will be established.
Step 3: Configure Default Sender Address
In the integration settings, fill in the default sender address. Kiero OMS enforces compatibility with courier requirements, so make sure you provide correct building and apartment numbers. The system will merge these fields into the payload structure required by Furgonetka.
Step 4: Map Payment Labels and Service Descriptions
We have added support for Furgonetka-specific payment labels (e.g., specifying who pays for the shipment) and clear service descriptions. Set these parameters according to your contracts so that the system automatically selects the correct options when generating shipments.
Step 5: Run a Connection Test
Click the "Test Connection" button. Thanks to improved error diagnostics, if there is a configuration issue (such as insufficient prepaid balance or incorrect API scopes), the system will display a clear and helpful error message explaining how to fix it.
Generating Labels in Your Daily Workflow
Once configured, shipping packages becomes incredibly simple:
- Open the order details page in Kiero OMS.
- Click the generate label button.
- The system will open the unified Courier Label Dialog (
courier-label-dialog), where you will see all available Furgonetka options. - Select the desired courier service, check the weight/dimensions, and click "Generate Label".
- The PDF shipping label will be instantly ready for printing.
What Else is New in Kiero OMS? (Changelog Overview)
Over the last 3 days, we have also implemented several other updates to streamline your store management:
1. AI Image Declarations for Allegro (EU AI Act Compliance)
In compliance with the new European Union regulations (AI Act), Allegro requires sellers to declare if product photos were generated by AI. Kiero OMS now fully supports this. When editing an Allegro listing, you can select the "AI co-created" status for images, and the system will automatically send this declaration to Allegro during synchronization.
2. Full Management of Correction Invoices (Corrections)
We have improved financial document management. The system now supports automatic generation of correction invoices (correction type), tracking of email send dates, and automatic uploading to supported marketplaces (e.g., Allegro, Shopify). New statuses and badges in the finance dashboard will help you monitor each correction.
3. GUS Company Data Sync via NIP
When creating manual orders or editing business customer details, Kiero OMS automatically normalizes the Polish Tax ID (NIP) and retrieves full company data directly from the national GUS registry, saving time and preventing typos.
4. New Automation Triggers and Telegram Bot Updates
- Added "invoice_generated" and "correction_generated" triggers to the automation module. You can now automatically send Slack alerts when a correction invoice is generated, for example.
- The Telegram bot received a "Reject/Cancel" button and the
cancel_fixcommand, allowing you to quickly handle urgent actions from your phone. - Implemented automatic star color (order badge) changes with real-time status synchronization.
