Step-by-Step Guide: How to List and Manage an Allegro Auction

Step 1: Select Product and Selling Mode

Navigate to the Offers / Products section in Kiero OMS. When creating a new Allegro listing, select the Auction (Bidding) selling mode instead of the standard "Buy Now" option.

Step 2: Configure Price and Duration

In the listing setup form, specify:

1. Starting price and optional reserve price.
2. Auction duration (e.g., 3, 5, 7, or 10 days).
3. Shipping rate card and description template.

Step 3: Publish with Automatic Normalization

Click "Publish Auction". Kiero OMS sends the payload to the Allegro API. If category-specific requirements are encountered (e.g. mandatory technical attributes), the self-healing engine normalizes parameters and finalizes the listing without requiring manual input.
