Kiero Print Agent: simpler downloads and clearer printing status

We improved two parts of the Kiero Print Agent experience. Downloads now use stable addresses, and the panel explains the agent status more clearly when printing through the cloud queue.

What does this change for you?

It is easier to download the correct application version for your operating system. Installer and update files are served through dedicated addresses, so links do not depend on the current page structure.

The status is also easier to understand. If a fast local connection is unavailable, a print job can be sent to the cloud queue. The panel shows that printing is still active, although it may take a little longer.

How to use it

Open the Kiero Print Agent page.
Download the installer for Windows or macOS.
Start the application and sign in.
Check the agent status in the printing panel before sending a label.

Good to know

Local printing is fastest when the agent runs on the same computer. With the cloud queue, completion time depends on how often the agent polls for new jobs.
