Search across orders, products, offers, and customers
We unified search across the main Kiero OMS lists. The same search parameter now works in orders, products, offers, and customers while the other active filters remain in place.
What can you find?
Orders can be searched by number, external ID, customer details, NIP, product name, SKU, and EAN. Offers support title, SKU, EAN, and external ID. Products support name, SKU, EAN, ASIN, and marketplace mappings.
Customer search supports first name, last name, company, marketplace login, and NIP. First and last name can be entered in either order.
How to use it
Enter a phrase in the search field. When the phrase changes, the list returns to page one, while the remaining filters stay active.
Good to know
Regular lists do not search encrypted email or phone fields directly. Global search uses a separate matching mechanism for those values.
