Allegro complaints: separate the formal decision from photo requests
A photo request no longer completes the first complaint step; you can separately choose whether a return is required.
Allegro complaints: separate the formal decision from photo requests
We clarified the first decision flow for Allegro complaints. Asking for photos or more information is now treated as a supporting message, not as the formal decision.
What changed?
In the first step, you can choose whether the product must be returned or no return is required. Sending a photo request does not complete this step, so the formal decision options remain available.
The actions do not disappear only because the local deadline has passed. Allegro decides whether the operation is still accepted, and OMS lets you retry while it remains possible.
How to use it
Open the complaint and use the action panel to choose “return required” or “return not required”. Use “Request photos” only as an additional message.
Good to know
The formal first choice should be made within 72 hours of opening the Allegro complaint. “Accept” and “Reject” belong to the final resolution, not the first decision.
