Etsy: product options remain visible in the order

We improved Etsy order imports. Options selected by the buyer, such as size or color, are now preserved in the order line name.

What changed?

When a product has variations, Kiero OMS displays them as Product — Option: Value, for example “T-shirt — Color: navy / Size: M”. Catalog identifiers, SKU, and EAN remain unchanged.

How to use it

Open an Etsy order and check the item name. During the next Etsy sync, existing order lines may be filled in with missing options.

Good to know

This update changes the information shown on the order line; it does not change the catalog variation identifier. Updating older orders depends on the next Etsy synchronization.
