Kiero OMS keeps track of serial numbers already returned and excludes them when you select a serial number for another return.

We improved returns for Allegro products with serial numbers. The system remembers which numbers have already been returned, helping prevent the same serial number from being selected again.
What changed?
Allegro’s returned-serial information is saved with the order line. Existing serial numbers remain available for labels, documents, and automations.
In the return creation dialog, serial numbers already marked as returned are no longer offered again.
How to use it
Open an Allegro return and select a serial number from the available list. Kiero OMS automatically excludes serial numbers already marked as returned.
Good to know
For older orders, the information depends on synchronization and the relevant data migration. Verify the first return after the update if serial tracking is important for the order.
