Order cancellation and archiving keep the history

What changed?

Kiero OMS now separates cancelling an order from archiving it. A cancelled order stays in the system with its history and operational data. Several selected orders can also be cancelled at once.

Benefit

Cleaning up the order list no longer means losing information. You can close an outdated order, keep its audit trail and find it later in the archive.

How to use it

Select orders in the list, choose Cancel orders and confirm. Use archiving to hide completed items from the main view. Cancelled orders can be filtered in the archive view.

Important limitations

Cancellation changes the status but does not delete the order. Check the selected rows before a bulk action because it applies to every selected order.
