Customize system email messages in the Developer Panel

What changed?

The Developer Panel now includes system email templates for PL, EN and UK. You can edit the subject and HTML, preview the result and use only approved placeholders, for example in license or organization invitation emails.

Benefit

System messages can match the organization’s brand and language without changing application code. The preview helps you review the content before saving it.

How to use it

Open the Developer Panel and go to Message templates. Choose a message type and locale, edit the content and save it. If no custom template exists, the system keeps using the previous fallback.

Important limitations

Editing is available only to users marked as developers. Unknown placeholders are rejected. Supabase Auth templates are references in OMS; activating them still requires separate GoTrue configuration on the server.
