Apaczka in Kiero OMS: quote and create a label from the order

What changed?

Kiero OMS now supports Apaczka through Web API v2. After connecting an account, you can request quotes for the order route, compare them with other active providers and select a service in the same label form.

Benefit

You do not need to copy order data into the carrier panel. The form shows available Apaczka services, the handover method and the price calculated for the specific shipment.

How to use it

In Settings → Integrations, choose Apaczka, enter the App ID and App Secret, test the connection and save it. Add a sender address. Then open the courier form for an order, request a quote, select the service and handover method, and create the label.

Important limitations

You need active Web API v2 access and funds in the Apaczka account. The supported shipment type is PACZKA; services requiring customs data that the form does not collect may be unavailable. If order creation has an unknown result, check the Apaczka panel before trying again. Paid creation on a real account still requires separate verification.
