Find an order by parcel tracking number

What changed?

Order-list search now includes the tracking number stored directly on an order and the number stored on a related shipment. The query is handled by database-side paginated search.

Benefit

When a customer provides a parcel number, you can reach the right order faster—even when the number is stored on the shipment record rather than the main order record. Other list filters can still narrow the result.

How to use it

Open Orders and enter the tracking number in the search field. Kiero OMS searches matching orders and keeps the active filters. Results are paginated, so the search does not depend on how many records match.

Important limitations

The result depends on the number being stored on the order or a related shipment. The database query was verified in production, but checking the complete browser flow remains a separate step.
