Customer profiles now show the actual marketplace login
What changed?
Kiero OMS now separates a real marketplace login from the recipient’s name or company name. If a stored login only repeats the customer’s identity data, it is not shown as a separate login. The message button appears only for Allegro customers.
Benefit
The customer card no longer suggests that an Etsy or WooCommerce recipient name is a chat address or marketplace login. For Allegro, you can identify the right context for starting a conversation faster.
How to use it
Open a customer profile or order details. For an Allegro customer, use the message button next to a confirmed login. For Etsy and WooCommerce, use the customer details that are available; the Allegro chat button is not shown.
Important limitations
This changes display and channel selection. Incorrect values already stored in the database are not removed automatically. Messaging from this section is currently available for Allegro only.
