Nova Poshta Ukraine: branch-to-branch shipping in Kiero OMS

What changed?

Kiero OMS now includes a Nova Poshta integration for branch-to-branch shipments on UA→UA routes. You can configure a sender, select the recipient branch, request a quote, create a PDF label and track the shipment on the order.

Benefit

Ukrainian shipments can stay in the same workflow as other deliveries. For cash on delivery, you enter the UAH amount, transfer-fee payer and NovaPay payout method separately, so payment conditions are visible before the shipment is created.

How to use it

In Settings → Integrations, add Nova Poshta, enter the API key, choose the sender, phone, city and branch, and select A6 or A4 PDF. On an order, choose the account, recipient city and branch, enter weight and dimensions, request a quote and create the label.

Important limitations

The current version supports one parcel, a private recipient and branch-to-branch delivery. Lockers, address delivery, courier delivery, returns and international routes are not included. Amounts and COD use whole UAH; a real provider smoke test and private-server migration rollout are still pending.
