Allegro offer sync keeps its progress

Kiero OMS records the last successful Allegro offer sync and handles temporary access errors more safely.

Allegro offer sync keeps its progress

What changed?

Allegro offer synchronization now records the time of the last successful full pass. A failed attempt keeps its error and does not move the checkpoint. A recognized temporary Allegro access error can be retried by the queue instead of immediately ending the job as a permanent failure.

Benefit

It is easier to distinguish a completed synchronization from an interrupted attempt. After a temporary API problem, the system can retry the right operation, while a successful full pass is recorded only after it has actually completed.

How to use it

Run offer synchronization as before and check its status on the Allegro integration. After a successful pass, the last-sync time is updated and the previous error is cleared. If the job still fails, fix the issue shown for the integration and run synchronization again.

Important limitations

Only recognized temporary Allegro access denials are retried automatically; other authorization errors are not. The checkpoint covers the full offer pass and does not guarantee that every offer has correct data. The latest production pass was verified, but the cause of the earlier 403 on Allegro’s side is unknown.
