Choose an organization currency for products and analytics

What changed?

Organization settings now let you choose PLN, EUR, USD, CZK or UAH as the base currency. Kiero OMS uses it for product prices, Cockpit KPIs, charts and financial summaries.

Benefit

Your team can work in the currency that fits the organization, while analytics brings channels into one readable view. When a product has an explicit price in the selected currency, the system displays and saves that price instead of overwriting it with another value.

How to use it

Open Profile → Organization → Organization currency and choose a currency. Only the owner or an administrator can change it. When editing a product, the organization currency indicates which price row can be saved.

Important limitations

Changing the currency does not rewrite the currency of existing orders, payments, refunds or documents. Analytics uses historical exchange rates; if a rate is missing, the system returns a conversion error instead of inventing an amount. Allegro still uses PLN, while Etsy, WooCommerce, Store and Stripe use their channel configuration.
