Allegro: purchase issues are clearly marked in Messages

What changed?

Allegro threads of type purchase issue now have a separate localized heading and reason. The formatter supports 14 known Allegro codes, and these conversations have a warning marker in the list.

Benefit

Operators can quickly distinguish a case that needs attention from an ordinary message. The reason appears separately without repeating the heading, and the interface locale controls the label and explanation.

How to use it

Open Messages and look for threads labeled Purchase issue. Open a thread to see the full subject and localized reason. The marker also works for older saved threads when their type can be recognized from metadata or the previous subject.

Important limitations

Kiero localizes the interface label, but it does not translate the buyer's text, Allegro system messages or earlier messages. The original code and subject remain unchanged. Browser and real-thread verification in production are still separate steps.
