PrestaShop: connect your store, import orders and publish products

What changed?

PrestaShop is now available as a regular Kiero OMS integration. You can connect a store over HTTPS with a Webservice key, choose the store and order statuses to import, and publish products, variants, images, prices and stock from OMS.

Benefit

Orders from your own store enter the same workflow as orders from other channels. During publication, Kiero stores the operation progress and shows the final result, so queue acceptance is not presented as a successful publication.

How to use it

In Settings → Integrations, add PrestaShop, enter the public HTTPS address and Webservice key, choose the store, statuses and time zone, then save the connection. New connections enable automatic order import; you can also start a manual import.

To publish a product, open Products → Publish → PrestaShop. Choose the language, an existing category, a verified tax group, the gross price in the store currency and quantity. Map variants to existing attribute values. The product starts inactive, so you can check it in the store before activating it.

Important limitations

Catalog import, status and tracking updates, and webhooks are not supported. Kiero does not create attributes automatically, convert currencies or support shared/advanced stock. Price and stock synchronization is separate and disabled by default. PrestaShop 9.1.5 was checked; other versions and unusual modules need separate verification.
