Allegro GPSR: missing information requires seller action
Kiero OMS no longer retries a forbidden publication without GPSR data and tells the seller what needs to be completed.
Allegro GPSR: missing information requires seller action
What changed?
When Allegro rejects an offer because required GPSR safety information is missing, Kiero OMS marks it as Action required. The system no longer automatically sends another request without the safety block, because Allegro does not allow that variant.
Benefit
You get a clear signal that the issue is with offer data, not a temporary queue failure. Instead of repeating ineffective attempts, you can complete the safety information and control what is sent to Allegro.
How to use it
Open an offer marked Action required, read the GPSR message and complete the safety information according to Allegro requirements. After correcting the offer, run publication or activation again. The warning clears only after confirmed success, not after the job is merely accepted.
Important limitations
Kiero does not create GPSR content automatically, choose it for the seller or change a specific offer without seller action. Missing data remains visible during stock synchronization. Unknown or mixed errors may still be technical and require separate diagnosis.
