Wysyłam z Allegro Package Presets and Manual Product Mapping

Efficiency and automation at every step — that is our goal at Kiero OMS. In this update, we have introduced features that significantly accelerate shipping label creation and simplify mapping between marketplace listings and your internal warehouse.

Here are the details of the latest release:

1. Package Presets for „Wysyłam z Allegro” (WzA)

For sellers using Allegro's official logistics tool, we have added package presets.

• What is it? If you ship products in standard, repetitive packaging (e.g., Small Box A, Medium Box B, Large Carton C), you no longer need to type in dimensions and weight every time you generate a label.
• How does it work? Define your box presets once in the integration settings, and choose the correct box from a dropdown when creating a shipment. The system automatically populates the dimensions and weight and validates them against Allegro's API schema.

2. Precise Manual Listing-to-Product Mapping

Previously, Kiero OMS mapped imported marketplace listings to warehouse products automatically (using EAN or SKU codes). However, in everyday e-commerce operations, codes on Allegro can be missing or incorrect.

What's new?

• Manual Mapping in Popover: You can now click on any imported listing and manually link it to a specific product from your inventory using a quick search dialog.
• Manual Map Priority: Once linked manually, Kiero OMS locks the connection, ensuring it is not overwritten during automated background syncs.
• Connection Status Filtering: We added clear filters (Linked / Unlinked) so you can quickly see which marketplace listings still require attention.

These features eliminate inventory sync errors and reduce the time spent packing individual shipments to a minimum.
