Etsy integration with Kiero OMS — bring handmade sales into your regular workflow

Etsy can bring customers to distinctive and handmade products, but a separate seller dashboard adds another fulfilment workflow. Kiero OMS brings Etsy sales into your team’s regular order process.

What you get

Paid Etsy orders and variation details enter OMS after you connect a shop. Link listings to your catalogue and fulfil orders alongside your other channels. For supported shipments, the tracking number can be sent back to Etsy.

What makes it useful

Etsy variations and currencies remain visible without forcing your team into a separate fulfilment process. Financial reporting can include Etsy transactions converted to PLN; the data available depends on your Etsy account permissions.

Why this matters in practice

For products with variations, order line details matter: a size or colour must resolve to the right warehouse item. Kiero OMS preserves this information during import. If you sell in another currency, financial reports can show operations converted to PLN, but that does not replace checking the permissions and financial data Etsy actually provides to your account.

A typical workflow

Once an order is paid, an operator sees the purchased variation, identifies the corresponding warehouse product and prepares shipment. For a supported shipment, the tracking number can be sent back to Etsy. Financial operations can be viewed with transactions from other channels.

Who it suits and how to start

The connection is valuable when the same catalogue also sells outside Etsy. Before starting, review variation mapping, pricing currencies and OAuth permissions. The amount of financial detail available depends on the Etsy account and granted scopes.
