Customers
The Customers module stores customer data and the complete relationship history.
What you can do
- search, filter, sort and browse customers;
- view contact details, customer type, addresses and multiple email addresses;
- view orders, returns, complaints, reviews and purchase statistics;
- analyse lifetime value, purchase value and return history;
- review risk signals and customer risk events;
- create, edit and delete customers;
- bulk-delete customers when permitted;
- link a customer to an order;
- edit addresses and business data, including tax ID;
- send messages to the primary or an additional email address;
- link or unlink a Slack identity.
From a customer profile you can open the related order, return, complaint or conversation.
