Dictionaries and data standards
Dictionaries help a team reuse the same names, values and settings in repeatable workflows.
They can support working statuses, reasons, tags, parcel parameters and other values exposed by a module. The available scope depends on the organisation's current configuration.
Maintenance rules
- use short, unambiguous names;
- avoid duplicate values with the same meaning;
- check automations and templates before changing a value they may use;
- remove a value only after confirming it is no longer needed.
